What is the return policy?

What are the shipping options?

Ans: Currently, we only provide local shipping(Singapore). We will announce when we open to overseas shipping.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Ans: Only local(Domestic) shipping fee $1.99. Free local(Domestic) delivery is available for orders over $50 & above within Singapore. For orders under $50, we charge $1.99 for local(Domestic) delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Ans: All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Otherwise, you will receive any notification if there are any delays due to any other unforeseen circumstances.

What would I do if I never received my order?

Ans: If you haven’t received your order within 10 - 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at flexyouridea@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

Ans: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at flexyouridea@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Ans: Before the order is shipped out, please contact us at flexyouridea@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will try to make changes for you. Otherwise you can request to proceed with cancellation of the order and reorder again.
